Quorum and majorities at the owners' meeting in Armenia
A convened meeting is competent if owners or their representatives holding more than half of the total number of votes are present. Decisions are adopted by more than half of the votes, except decisions on alienating or pledging the common property, which the owners take unanimously.
What the law says
Last verified:

Each owner has votes equal to their share. Decisions bind all owners, including those who did not take part or voted against, unless they were not properly notified. Besides a convened meeting, decisions can be taken by a written poll or, for a closed list of questions, by notification.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records how each owner votes and shows participation (units voted out of the units invited) and the result. Whether a meeting has a quorum and a decision passes is decided by the law above and your own rules; the record helps you check it.
