Remote and electronic voting by owners in Armenia
Decisions may be taken at a convened meeting, by poll (in the law's words, voting in absentia) or, for listed questions only, by notification. The poll is a written vote: owners vote for, against or abstain on each question by signing the original of the draft decision.
What the law says
Last verified:

The draft decision must be drawn up as one document, voting lasts at least five days, and the draft cannot be changed during the vote. The sources checked found no provision for electronic voting in the law: the electronic platform it mentions concerns notifications, information and reports. Under the notification route, owners who do not vote against in writing count as having voted for, but only on the closed list of questions.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records votes and keeps the result. It does not run video meetings of its own and does not by itself satisfy an identification or signature rule of your law. Whether a vote taken this way counts depends on the law above and on your own rules.
