Reserve and repair fund rules in Armenia
A reserve fund may be formed by a decision of the owners' meeting from the mandatory payments paid into the bank account, and placed on deposit. The amount placed on deposit is set by the owners' meeting in the building's annual budget, and those funds may not be spent for any other purpose.
