Amenity booking software for residential buildings
Amenity booking software for residential buildings: residents book the gym, sauna, meeting room or any other shared space right from the resident app — no phone call to the office, no sign-up sheet taped to a door.
Booking is one of Unitify's mini-apps — small modules the platform adds without a full redesign — and it's included on Base and Pro.

What it does
Book from the phone
Residents see what's free and reserve the gym, sauna or meeting room in a couple of taps, right from the resident app.
Pay in the app
Where the building's payment rail is connected, the price shows upfront and the resident pays for the slot without leaving the app.
One setup per building
The management company sets up the shared spaces once — what's bookable, when, and any rules — and residents take it from there.
How it works
Set up the shared spaces
The management company lists the shared spaces residents can book and any scheduling rules.
Residents book from the app
Residents open the Booking mini-app, see what's available with its time slot and price, and reserve a slot in a couple of taps — each booking gets its own access code.
Pay where a rail is connected
Where the building has a payment rail integrated, residents pay for the booking in the app; otherwise booking still works, and payment is handled the way it is today.
Booking for shared spaces is included on Base and Pro.

- Payment for a booking goes through the building's payment rail where one is integrated. In a market with no rail connected, booking still works, but payment happens the way it does today. See billing markets
- Booking is one mini-app among several (guest passes, voting, smart building); what's live for a given building depends on what the management company has set up.

Frequently asked questions
What is amenity booking software?
It's how residents reserve a shared space from the resident app — sometimes called an amenities booking system — with payment in the app wherever the building's payment rail is connected.
Do residents pay for a booking in the app?
Yes, wherever the building's payment rail is connected — residents pay right after booking. Where none is integrated, booking still works and payment is handled separately.
Who sets up what's bookable?
The management company — which spaces, when, and any rules — once per building.
Is booking part of a bigger system?
Yes — it's one of Unitify's mini-apps, small modules like guest passes and resident voting that add features without a full product redesign.
What does a resident get after booking?
A confirmed slot with its own access code, and if the space is paid, the price shown upfront.
