Quorum and majorities at the owners' meeting in Serbia
The quorum of an assembly session is a simple majority of the total number of votes of the members entitled to vote on the question. If the session cannot be held for lack of quorum, a repeat session is called no earlier than three and no later than 30 days after, with the same agenda, and its quorum is one third of the total votes. The community can set a higher number.
What the law says
Last verified:

Decisions are taken by a simple majority of the members present, except that disposing of common parts of the building, entrusting management to a professional manager and the community's borrowing need two thirds of the total number of votes. If the owners have adopted their own rules (pravila vlasnika), those set the majorities instead. Note the different bases: a simple majority of those present, but two thirds of all votes.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records how each owner votes and shows participation (units voted out of the units invited) and the result. Whether a meeting has a quorum and a decision passes is decided by the law above and your own rules; the record helps you check it.
