Reporting to owners: what the manager or board must report in Armenia
A building's management body must publish, together with the budget for managing the common share property, its annual report, which must give its balance, the amount of charges collected from each owner, the expenses made by direction and other data. The manager prepares, no later than the 15th of the following month, a monthly report on the owners' payments and on the work planned and done, and notifies the residents.

Not publishing or not providing reports in the order or within the terms set by law is an administrative offence (Code of Administrative Offences, art. 152¹). The fine is ten times the established minimum wage, which by art. 3 of the Law on the Minimum Monthly Wage is counted on a 1,000-dram base: 10,000 drams (doubled for a repeat within a month, art. 152¹ part 2). The law provides for a unified electronic platform for reports (art. 24.1); we could not verify that it is running.
