Where your building’s data is stored, and what you can ask us for

Unitify handles operational, financial and resident-level data across buildings, and treats security as a core system requirement, not an add-on.

Management companies, associations and developers ask the same question before they sign: in which country does the data of our buildings and residents live, and who can see it. This page answers it in one place.

Short answer

Data location depends on the market: Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan run on local servers inside the country, the EU on servers in Düsseldorf, Germany, and other markets are agreed per deployment. Data can also be stored in your own country or region on request; we set this up for your project.
