Notice period for the owners' meeting in Armenia
Notice of a meeting of owners must be given no later than seven days before the meeting. The agenda states who convened the meeting and their share, the date, time and place, the day and place for submitting proposals, the list of questions, and the number of votes needed for each.

What this means in practice
A meeting may not take up questions that are not on the agenda, and it is invalid if the agenda was not properly given to more than 10 per cent of the owners. Each owner of a unit and the building management body may convene a meeting; a meeting to elect or dismiss the management body is convened on the initiative of one third of the owners or of the head of the community. Copies of decisions, and the fact that a meeting failed, must be notified to owners within two days.
