What this means in practice
Each owner has votes equal to the percentage of indiviso that their unit represents in the value of the condominium. Owners in arrears do not count for the quorum. Representation by simple power of attorney is possible only if the internal rules allow it; one person cannot represent more than two owners, and the administrator cannot represent an owner. This page covers Mexico City only.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records how each owner votes and shows participation (units voted out of the units invited) and the result. Whether a meeting has a quorum and a decision passes is decided by the law above and your own rules; the record helps you check it.
