Master Subscription Agreement
The primary agreement between Unitify and its customers. It sets the terms under which platform access is granted and the obligations that come with a subscription.
Master Distributor Agreement
The agreement between Unitify HK, which holds the intellectual property, and its regional distributors. It sets out how authorised distributors may operate and represent Unitify in their markets.
Regional Subscription Offer (CIS)
A public offer that lets customers in the CIS region use Unitify through their local distributor. Its terms follow the Master Distributor Agreement for that territory.
Consent to personal data processing
The consent forms covering personal data collected by Unitify through the website, its subdomains and the platform.
