How the documents fit together
Two principal agreements, three documents that attach to them, and six stand-alone documents (plus the Authorized Distributor Registry as an annex to the distributor agreement). An Order signed with a customer sits on top of all of them.
Principal agreements (one applies per customer)
- Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) — customers contracting directly with Unitify Limited (Hong Kong), including the EU.
- Regional Public Offer (CIS) — customers in the CIS contracting with the authorised distributor, Unitify LLC (Uzbekistan).
Attached to the principal agreement
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — how personal data is processed on the customer's behalf; includes the sub-processor list and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses by reference.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) — availability, support targets and service credits.
- Security and Operations — informational overview; binding only where an Order says so.
Stand-alone documents
- Master Distributor Agreement (MDA) — between Unitify Limited and regional distributors, not customers; the current list is the Authorized Distributor Registry.
- Personal data consent and notice templates — used where the law requires consent; not a customer agreement.
- Terms of Use, Resident App Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy — the website, the resident app, online checkout and visitors' data.
Precedence: the Order, then the principal agreement, then the SLA; for personal-data matters the DPA (and, where concluded, the Standard Contractual Clauses) prevails as set out in DPA Section 1.4.
How you buy decides the route: through the online checkout (merchant of record Paddle) the Refund Policy applies to the purchase; by invoice under the MSA or the Regional Public Offer the invoicing and refund terms of that agreement apply.

Master Subscription Agreement (MSA)
The primary agreement between Unitify and its customers. It sets the terms under which platform access is granted and the obligations that come with a subscription.
Master Distributor Agreement (MDA)
The agreement between Unitify HK, which holds the intellectual property, and its regional distributors. It sets out how authorised distributors may operate and represent Unitify in their markets.
Authorized Distributor Registry
Who is authorized to sell Unitify in which territory, and under which customer agreement.
Regional Public Offer (CIS)
A public offer that lets customers in the CIS region use Unitify through their local distributor. Its terms follow the Master Distributor Agreement for that territory.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Unitify service availability target, support response times, maintenance windows and service credits.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
How Unitify processes personal data on behalf of customers: roles, instructions, sub-processors, transfers, breach notification and deletion.
Security and Operations
An overview for customers and IT teams: how the platform is hosted and accessed, how data is backed up, and what the API, apps and equipment connections cover.
Personal data consent and notice templates
Consent and notice templates: resident notice and consent, account holder consent and a separate marketing consent — used where local law requires consent, complementing the Privacy Policy and the DPA.
