Everything after the sale: acceptance, keys, warranty, management
A buyer forms an opinion of your company in the months after the contract: at the apartment acceptance, on the day of the keys, with the first warranty claim, with the first invoice. Those months usually run on paper acts, chats and spreadsheets, and the cost lands on your brand.
Unitify is a platform for residential buildings. A developer's own management company can run billing, requests and the resident app on it, as at Avant Park. This page follows a developer's jobs in the order they happen and says plainly what is ready and what we set up for your project.
Six jobs, in the order they happen
- 1
Sell apartments with the after-sale service already visible
Buyers judge a developer by what happens after the contract. Give them a website for the complex, with documents, news and contacts, and a resident app under your name that they will use from the day of the keys. We do not replace your sales CRM or price list; we make the building and its service visible while you sell.
Website for your complex - 2
Run apartment acceptance and defects
One checklist for every apartment, photos on every remark, both sides sign on screen. The act and the defect list are produced in about 10 seconds, in the language of your buyers. Open defects become warranty claims the resident can follow.
Apartment acceptance - 3
Hand over the keys without queues
A slot for each buyer, the acceptance act, keys, fobs and passes, and one journal of who received what. We assemble this scenario for your project from booking, checklists and passes, and walk you through it on a demo.
Key handover - 4
Handle warranty claims
A claim arrives with an apartment, a category and a photo, goes to the right contractor, and the resident sees its status. The warranty end date sits on the building, so your team knows what is still covered.
Warranty claims - 5
Launch your own management company or a branded resident app
Set the building up before handover: apartments, owners, opening balances, charges, invoices, requests and announcements on one platform. A developer in Nairobi sent spreadsheets with layouts and floor plans, and a building of 15 entrances, 138 floors in total and 510 apartments was generated in Unitify in seconds. Your own branding is a paid white-label option in three formats, below.
Resident app - 6
Build the smart building in
Intercom, access control, cameras and meters on one platform and one resident app, and the hardware discussed at the design stage, not after handover. If your hardware has an integration interface (an API, SIP, ISAPI, ONVIF or a Modbus gateway), we connect it for your project and agree the scope on a demo.
Smart Building
Developers who run their own buildings on Unitify
Two residential complexes where the management side runs on Unitify. The figures come from these deployments.
Avant Park, Baku
The developer's own management company moved charges from Excel to Unitify billing within the first months, and residents pay through the app.
- 1,000
- 300
- $1,000+
- 19% to 74%
Ande Tower, Batumi
A residential complex of about 500 apartments whose requests, payments and resident communication run on Unitify.
- 40% to 80%
- 3x
- ~500
Your brand on the resident app: three formats
White label is a paid option. The price depends on the format and is set after a short brief.
- 1
Your branding inside the Unitify app
Your icon, fonts and colours, illustrations, and e-mails sent from your address. The quickest way to put your name in front of residents.
- 2
A separate app under your name
Your own app in the App Store and Google Play, published from your developer account. We handle publishing and updates; you need developer accounts for your legal entity, and we help you open them.
- 3
Your own app on our SDK and API
Your team builds the app it wants on top of Unitify's SDK and API. This is a project of its own and is scoped individually.
Where Unitify starts and stops
We start where the contract ends. We do not replace your sales CRM, your price list or your apartment chessboard, and we do not build a sales website with listings and prices; the complex website we make is for buyers and residents after the contract. Integration with your CRM is possible and is assessed per system.
A demo site of your residential complex in 1 hour
Send us your company website and your country. We build a demo site of your complex on unitify.homes with your logo and colours, your buildings and the pages residents see, and send you the link within 1 hour on working days.
- Free, no card and no obligation
- Your logo, colours and complexes, taken from your website
- If your website blocks automated access, we assemble the demo by hand and tell you how long it takes
Ready to talk? Book a call
Book a call if you are ready to discuss your project now: pick a 30-minute slot. If you would rather see your own complex first, request a demo site with the form above. We send the link within 1 hour on working days.
Questions developers ask
How can a developer launch a resident app under its own brand?
In one of three paid white-label formats: your branding inside the Unitify app, a separate app under your name in the App Store and Google Play published from your developer account, or your own app on our SDK and API. The price depends on the format and is set after a short brief.
We are a developer with our own management company. Does Unitify fit?
Yes, that is the case it is built for. You launch the management company at handover with the resident app, requests, announcements and billing on one platform. It also works when an outside company manages the building after handover; tell us which case is yours on a demo.
What can we do before handover?
Set the building up, run apartment acceptance and defects, plan the key handover and prepare the first invoices. Residents install the app and add their apartment themselves, and the management company verifies them.
Do you replace our sales CRM?
No. Unitify starts after the contract: acceptance, keys, warranty, management and the resident app. Integration with a sales CRM is possible and is assessed per system.
What is the demo site, and does it cost anything?
It is a site of your residential complex on unitify.homes, built from your company website: your logo and colours, your buildings and the pages residents see. It is free and obliges you to nothing. We send the link within 1 hour on working days.
Which hardware can you connect?
Intercoms, access control, cameras and meters whose manufacturer provides an integration interface: an API, SIP, ISAPI, ONVIF or a Modbus gateway. We connect it for your project and agree the scope on a demo.
Where is the data stored?
In Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, on local servers inside the country. For the EU, on servers in Düsseldorf, Germany. For other markets the location is agreed per deployment.
