Quorum and majorities at the owners' meeting in Slovenia

Short answer

Slovenia has no fixed quorum percentage. The assembly decides validly if the majority that the law requires for that decision is present at the session. If a proposed decision fails because the necessary majority was not present, the owners present can decide by a majority of shares that the manager calls a repeat session within at most 14 days, where a majority of those present can vote on ordinary-management items that were named in the invitation.

What this means in practice

The repeat session is limited to ordinary management and needs a warning in the invitation about the lower threshold. A separate regulation (art. 10 of the Pravilnik) speaks of invitations at least 14 days before the repeat session; both texts are in force, so the two numbers should not be merged into one.
