Remote and electronic voting by owners in Slovenia
Yes. Owners can decide on management matters by signing a document, at the assembly or by electronic voting, and the methods can complement each other. For electronic voting the owner's identity must be verifiable and the voting traceable and secure, and the owner states their will with a qualified electronic signature.

Lastnik za izjavljanje svoje volje v postopku elektronskega glasovanja uporablja kvalificirani elektronski podpis. What this means in practice
Electronic voting does not replace the noticeboard: the proposed resolutions must still be posted on the building's noticeboard or another accessible place when voting begins. An owner decides on each resolution in only one of the prescribed ways. The regulation names the qualified electronic signature, not a password or an SMS code.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records votes and keeps the result. It does not run video meetings of its own and does not by itself satisfy an identification or signature rule of your law. Whether a vote taken this way counts depends on the law above and on your own rules.
