Remote and electronic voting by owners in Uzbekistan

Short answer

From 1 July 2026, in Tashkent, initiating, holding and deciding general meetings of multi-apartment buildings, concluding contracts, managers' reports and receiving and reviewing appeals are done only in the state information system Mening uyim. From 2027 the same procedure extends to all regions of the country.

What this means in practice

For those buildings the state system, not a separate app, is where meetings and decisions take place. The decree (PQ-48 of 5 February 2026) is authentic in Uzbek, and the quotation is the original wording. The decree has been amended since adoption, so the current consolidated text on lex.uz should be read before relying on a date.
