Remote and electronic voting by owners in Latvia
Yes. The community decides how meetings are convened and held, including through online electronic communication means. Owners may also vote before the meeting, in writing to the organiser or in the Building Information System (BIS) if the meeting was convened through BIS. An owner's advance vote is cancelled if the owner attends and votes at the meeting.

Dzīvokļu īpašniekiem ir tiesības nodot balsojumu pirms dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopsapulces, iesniedzot to rakstveidā kopsapulces organizatoram vai nododot savu balsi Būvniecības informācijas sistēmā, ja dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopsapulce sasaukta, izmantojot Būvniecības informācijas sistēmas funkcionalitāti.What this means in practice
Decisions can also be taken by written survey, which can run entirely in BIS with the owner signing through the BIS e-signing tool; the community must define how owners who cannot use BIS vote. The protocol must record each owner's "for" or "against" on every agenda item. A meeting, a survey and mutual agreement have equal legal force.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records votes and keeps the result. It does not run video meetings of its own and does not by itself satisfy an identification or signature rule of your law. Whether a vote taken this way counts depends on the law above and on your own rules.
