The conference is held in person. An online meeting, or a hybrid of in-person and online, is allowed only when an epidemic or natural disaster makes it impossible to meet in person.

What this means in practice

Even then the online or hybrid conference must still meet the same attendance numbers and composition as a physical one. The sources checked found no general online option, no postal or absentee ballot at conference level and no electronic-signature rule. The one written exception is replacing an ordinary board member by collecting written opinions, which is not a conference.
