A general meeting may be held in person or by absentee voting by poll. Absentee voting works on paper: the board prepares ballot sheets, every page is signed by the chairman of the board and stamped, and the sheets are attached to the minutes.

What this means in practice

The results are posted on the information board with the date of posting. Electing the board and the audit commission by absentee vote takes two rounds: written nominations with the candidates' written consent, then the ballot. The sources checked found no provision for electronic voting in the law. A platform can help with the logistics of the poll, but the instrument that decides remains the signed and stamped ballot sheet.
