What this means in practice
Owners do not need a national digital signature to vote, but the platform must identify the owner, and the rules do not say how. The meeting protocol is an official document; where it is drawn up electronically, the chair, the secretary and the initiator sign it with a digital signature. The numbered, bound list of those who voted is part of the protocol.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify records votes and keeps the result. It does not run video meetings of its own and does not by itself satisfy an identification or signature rule of your law. Whether a vote taken this way counts depends on the law above and on your own rules.
