Notice period for the owners' meeting in Azerbaijan
The owner who initiates the general meeting must inform the owners at least ten days before the meeting date. By default the information goes to each owner by registered letter, or is handed to each owner against signature, or is posted in a place designated by the meeting that all owners can reach.

What this means in practice
The general meeting itself may decide on another method of sending the information; that is the legal basis for electronic notice, and it is a decision the building takes. The information must state who initiated the meeting, its form (session or absentee vote), the date, place and time, the agenda and how to see the materials.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify sends announcements and meeting notices to residents and keeps a record of what went out and when. Whether a notice is valid, in its channel, deadline and content, depends on the law above and on your own rules. Unitify does not make a notice valid.
