Notice period for the owners' meeting in Croatia
The invitation to an owners' meeting is delivered at least five days before the meeting, in writing to the owner's letterbox in the building or at the home address, or by e-mail if a majority of more than half of the owners has agreed to that. In every case it must also be posted on the building's noticeboard.

Poziv za sastanak sadrži podatke o osobi ili osobama koje sazivaju sastanak, mjestu, vremenu i načinu održavanja sastanka te dnevni red sastanka. What this means in practice
The invitation states who convenes the meeting, the place, the time and the way the meeting is held, and the agenda. The co-owners' representative convenes the meeting; the building manager can too, and so can co-owners with a set share of the building that depends on how many units it has. A meeting is mandatory at least once a year. This is the new Act on Management and Maintenance of Buildings, in force since 1 January 2025.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify sends announcements and meeting notices to residents and keeps a record of what went out and when. Whether a notice is valid, in its channel, deadline and content, depends on the law above and on your own rules. Unitify does not make a notice valid.
