Notice period for the owners' meeting in Kyrgyzstan
Notice of a general meeting of the members of the housing association (TSZh) is given in writing, handed to each member against signature or sent by registered post, no later than 10 days before the meeting. It states the form, place and time of the meeting and the agenda.

The meeting may not take up questions that were not on the agenda. For an extraordinary meeting the notice must also name the person who called it. The law names no electronic notice: e-mail or an app may be used in addition, but they are not described as meeting this article. A meeting is held at least once a year.
