Notice period for the owners' meeting in Portugal
The assembly is called by registered letter sent 10 days ahead, or by a notice given with the same advance if the owners sign a receipt. E-mail may be used only for owners who asked for it at an earlier meeting, recorded in the minutes with their address, and who then send an e-mail receipt. The notice must give the day, hour, place and agenda and say which matters need unanimity.

A convocatória deve indicar o dia, hora, local e ordem de trabalhos da reunião e informar sobre os assuntos cujas deliberações só podem ser aprovadas por unanimidade dos votos. What this means in practice
The annual meeting takes place in the first fortnight of January, with an exception to the first quarter if the building's regulation or an earlier majority resolution allows. Other meetings are called by the administrator or by owners holding at least 25 per cent of the invested capital. Non-resident owners must tell the administrator their address or their representative's in writing. The regulation of the building (regulamento do condomínio) may add rules.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify sends announcements and meeting notices to residents and keeps a record of what went out and when. Whether a notice is valid, in its channel, deadline and content, depends on the law above and on your own rules. Unitify does not make a notice valid.
