Also relevant
La convocatoria contendrá una relación de los propietarios que adeuden contribuciones a las expensas comunes. What this means in practice
The 15 days are stated for the ordinary assembly only and should not be applied to extraordinary ones. An extraordinary assembly can be called by the administrator, the council, the fiscal auditor, or owners holding at least one fifth of the coefficients, and the notice must carry the agenda. The law does not name the channel (e-mail, post, app); it says the notice is sent to the last registered address. If nobody calls the assembly, it meets by its own right on the first working day of the fourth month after the budget period ends.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify sends announcements and meeting notices to residents and keeps a record of what went out and when. Whether a notice is valid, in its channel, deadline and content, depends on the law above and on your own rules. Unitify does not make a notice valid.
