Notice period for the owners' meeting in Brazil
The Civil Code sets no number of days. It leaves the powers of the assembly, the form of convocation and the quorum to the condominium's convention, and it says the assembly cannot decide unless all owners were convened.

A assembléia não poderá deliberar se todos os condôminos não forem convocados para a reunião.What this means in practice
The síndico calls the yearly assembly in the way the convention provides. If the síndico does not call it, a quarter of the owners may do so, and extraordinary assemblies may be called by the síndico or by a quarter of the owners. The notice period, the form and the content of the convocation therefore come from the convention and the internal rules, and those documents decide the number of days.
Where Unitify fits
Unitify sends announcements and meeting notices to residents and keeps a record of what went out and when. Whether a notice is valid, in its channel, deadline and content, depends on the law above and on your own rules. Unitify does not make a notice valid.
