Reporting to owners: what the manager or board must report in Azerbaijan

Short answer

The board of a housing owners' association (MMMC) must draw up the estimate of income and expenses and the report on financial activity for the year and present them to the participants' general meeting for approval. The audit commission presents to the general meeting its opinion on the estimate and a report on financial activity and on the amount of mandatory payments and fees. A management organisation, unless the contract says otherwise, presents each year in the first quarter a report on how the management contract was performed in the previous year.
