The annual conference of the building is held once a year when at least 30 per cent of the representatives of owners of handed-over apartments attend, or fewer if the owners agreed a lower figure at the first conference.

The conference is held in person. An online meeting, or a hybrid of in-person and online, is allowed only when an epidemic or natural disaster makes it impossible to meet in person.
