The owners' meeting (junta) must meet at least once a year to approve the budgets and accounts, and it approves the plan of expected income and expenditure and the corresponding accounts.
What the law says
Last verified:

The law prescribes no template or line items for the accounts or the budget. Other meetings are called by the president or requested by a quarter of the owners, or by owners representing at least 25 per cent of the participation quotas. This page covers the state law (LPH); Catalonia has its own civil code.
Where Unitify fits
The free reports tool turns a spreadsheet, an export or pasted text into a report page with a share link, covering income, expenses, debt, requests and work done. It is free and needs no signup. It does not replace the report or form that the law above requires: what must be reported, to whom and by when comes from the law and from your own rules.
