Reporting to owners: what the manager or board must report in Poland

Short answer

The management board (or the manager entrusted with managing the common property) must give the owners an annual report on its activity and convene a meeting of all owners at least once a year, no later than in the first quarter of each year. If it does not convene the annual meeting, any owner may. The annual meeting is to deal in particular with the board's report and a resolution on discharge.

What this means in practice

The provision requires an annual report but gives no format or content for it. The annual meeting should in particular adopt the annual economic plan and the charges, assess the work of the board or manager, and receive the board's report and vote on discharge (absolutorium) (art. 30, para. 2).

Where Unitify fits

The free reports tool turns a spreadsheet, an export or pasted text into a report page with a share link, covering income, expenses, debt, requests and work done. It is free and needs no signup. It does not replace the report or form that the law above requires: what must be reported, to whom and by when comes from the law and from your own rules.
