Owners' resolutions pass by a majority of votes counted by the size of shares, unless the agreement or a resolution adopted that way gives each owner one vote on a particular matter.
The act provides for resolutions adopted at a meeting or by the board collecting votes individually, and a resolution may be the result of votes cast partly at the meeting and partly collected individually.
