Built around the КСК-to-ОСИ transition
ОСИ (объединение собственников имущества) is the current legal form for a homeowners’ association in Kazakhstan, alongside НСУ (непосредственное совместное управление), both introduced when amendments to the Law on Housing Relations took effect 17 September 2025 and removed the old simple-partnership option. КСК (кооператив собственников квартир) is still the term most owners and search queries use, since the transition from the legacy form is not yet complete.
Because the transition is not finished and the registry of managing organizations is still mixed, Unitify’s content and product both refer to “КСК and ОСИ” together rather than assuming the switch is complete. The 2025 reform also introduced mandatory current and reserve contributions plus an optional targeted contribution, a natural budget line for a building’s access-control or intercom upgrade.
