Unitify’s resident app connects to Dahua video intercoms and door controllers through the device’s own interface (HTTP API, SIP, ONVIF), so residents answer the call and open the door in the same app. It is set up under the project, not as a ready-made plug-in for every model.
What it does
Dahua IP video intercoms and door or access controllers expose an integration interface (HTTP API, SIP, ONVIF). Unitify uses it to bring the video call, door opening and, where the device supports it, access credentials into the resident app. What is available depends on the exact model and is confirmed before the contract.

Do residents need a separate Dahua app?

Which Dahua models can be connected?

Can residents open the door from the app?
Yes, where the model supports remote unlock through its interface. We confirm this on your model during scoping.
