Free Hausverwaltung Software: One Building

Searching for "Hausverwaltung Software kostenlos" turns up two different kinds of tools: tools for landlords and rental management, and software for managing owner associations (Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften, WEG). • Unlimited users and properties, as on every plan.
• Core features, including the resident app: the home screen, requests and meter readings are on every plan.
• One news post for residents per month. Plan around this limit.
• No AI features.

Base (€1 per apartment per month) adds unlimited news posts, the AI request classifier, digital passes and booking for shared spaces. Pro is €3 and also includes AI reports, the AI concierge and API access. All plans are on the pricing page. AI features are billed per operation in AI credits on top of the plan price; Pro includes 500 credits a month, and you set the spending limit.

Limits we state openly

• Unitify is not built for rental management, but for owner associations and their owners.
• Unitify does not replace your software for Hausgeld and the annual statement.
• Voting records votes. It does not make a resolution legally valid by itself; that depends on the law and your community's documents.
• The Free plan has no AI features and one news post per month.

How to start with one building

1. Sign up for the free plan. You need neither a card nor a call.
2. Add your first building.
3. Send us the units and owners as an Excel file or an export of your current system. We load the data and set it up with you.
4. Owners add their own apartment in the app, and the management confirms each one.

If you later move more buildings: once you give us access, the switch is done within a week. Or Unitify sits on top of your current system and mirrors its data, so you do not have to switch everything at once.
