Coming Soon: AI Concierge for Resident Communication

We’re preparing to release a new Unitify feature designed to free up the hands — and headspace — of property managers. Before the full release, we’re looking for a small group of property management companies to test the Unitify AI Concierge with us in pilot mode.
Resident communication still takes too much attention
For many property managers, a normal working day means constantly switching between communication channels. One phone rings while another resident is already waiting for an answer. Messages keep coming in. Someone wants to know when a technician will arrive. Someone else is calling about an unresolved issue. A third resident is following up on something discussed yesterday.
The difficult part is not only answering all these questions. It is keeping the context together: remembering what was discussed, what was promised, what needs to happen next and whether the rest of the team knows about it. This is exactly the kind of routine we want the AI Concierge to take over.
A concierge that already knows the context
Residents will be able to contact the AI Concierge directly from the Unitify app — by chat or voice. Because the concierge works inside Unitify, it can use the information already available in the system: who the resident is, what is happening in their building, their previous requests, ongoing issues, scheduled works and previous communication. That means a resident does not have to start every conversation from scratch. Instead of a generic chatbot that knows nothing about the building, the AI Concierge can respond with the context of the actual property and the resident’s history.
Calls and chats stay in one place
One of the important parts of the new feature is what happens after a conversation ends. A call with the AI Concierge becomes part of the same MiniApp where the property manager already sees chats with that resident.
The call itself is recorded in the communication history, and its transcript is stored there as well. If a manager needs to step in later, they can open the resident’s conversation and see what was discussed and what was agreed. This also means communication is not scattered between phone calls, personal notes and different team members.
From conversation to action
The AI Concierge is not only intended to answer questions. If a resident reports a problem that requires action from the management team, the concierge can create a new request in Unitify so that the issue becomes part of the normal operational workflow.
And when a situation requires a person, the manager can take over with the previous conversation and context already available. The goal is not to create another communication channel for the team to manage. It is the opposite: to bring calls, chats, context and follow-up actions together — while reducing the amount of routine communication managers have to handle themselves.
Join the closed pilot
We’re now preparing the first version of the Unitify AI Concierge and want to test it with real property management teams before the full release. We’re looking for companies that deal with a high volume of resident communication and are willing to test the feature with us, share feedback and help shape how it works in real-life property management.
If this sounds familiar — especially if your managers still spend a large part of the day switching between calls, messages and follow-ups — we’d like to hear from you. Email us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to discuss a pilot.
