What does gestão de condomínios cover?
Collecting the quotas from each condómino, keeping the shared accounts, and reporting to the assembleia de condóminos, whether run by an empresa de administração or an elected administrador.
What is permilagem?
The fraction of the building each unit represents, used to split quotas and voting weight in the assembleia de condóminos.
What does Unitify do for a condominium administration company?
Keeps a record of quotas and payments for each unit that every condómino can inspect, prepares per-owner statements, sends automatic reminders, and keeps the account ready for the assembleia.
Does the resident app work alongside Multibanco and MB WAY?
Yes. Owners keep paying quotas through the payment rails they already use; the platform records each payment against the right unit and organizes the communication around it.
Can you connect the intercom or access hardware we already have?
Usually yes. If the panel, controller, camera or meter exposes an integration interface (an API, SIP, ONVIF or a Modbus or M-Bus gateway), we connect it to the resident app under the project. Barriers with plate recognition, lift access and in-apartment smart home are handled the same way, as project work. Hardware with no interface cannot be connected, and we check the exact model before you commit.
