Unitify

One platform for property managers and developers across the Gulf

Unitify connects access control, video intercoms, dispatching and a resident app into one system, and keeps billing and reporting organized for the property manager or owners association running a building in the Gulf.

Built for how owners associations and management companies run across the Gulf

Across the Gulf, a residential or mixed-use building is typically run either by an owners association elected by unit owners or by a management company appointed by the developer, depending on the country and the project. Saudi Arabia has its own registered-owners’-association regime, covered on its own dedicated page; Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman each run their own rules for how a building’s shared areas and service charges are organized, and Unitify adapts to whichever structure a given building already uses rather than requiring one specific model.

Service charges are set from the building’s approved budget and collected from unit owners or tenants under whatever billing arrangement the association or management company already runs. Where a country runs its own state registration or invoicing platform, Unitify does not replace it — Unitify runs collections follow-up, resident communication, reporting and the day-to-day building operations on top of it.

Payment rails already in use

Unitify integrates with Stripe today; residents across the Gulf already settle recurring charges by bank transfer and local card rails through their bank or management company. These are how residents already pay, not integrations Unitify connects to.

Stripe

Unitify’s own integrated payment processor, for card payments taken directly through the platform.

Bank transfer

The default way residents already settle service charges with their building’s management company or bank.

Local cards

Domestic and international card payment, through whichever channel the property manager or bank already offers.

The hardware layer, wired into your platform

Intercom, access, video, meters and EV charging connect through mini apps, alongside your requests and billing.

Digital intercom

Calls go straight to the resident’s phone. Entry by app, BLE tag or face.

Devices, orchestrator, resident app

1

Devices

Intercoms, access control, cameras, meters, EV chargers and building systems, from any vendor.

2

Orchestrator

Unitify connects every device to one dashboard. New hardware plugs in as a mini app, nothing gets replaced.

3

Resident app

One app for doors, meters, intercom calls and charging. No fifth login to remember.

Questions property managers and owners associations ask

Which countries does this page cover?

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Each country runs its own rules for how a building is managed, and Unitify adapts to the structure already in place rather than requiring one specific model.

Is Saudi Arabia covered separately?

Yes — Saudi Arabia has its own REGA-registered owners’ association regime and its own dedicated page with the specifics of that framework.

What language does Unitify run in across the Gulf?

English today. Arabic is not yet available; we’re watching demand before committing to a full Arabic and RTL build.

What does it cost?

Standard USD pricing, the same plans used everywhere else Unitify runs — there is no local-currency override for the Gulf yet.

How do we get started?

Book a demo and we’ll walk through your building’s current setup and how Unitify fits alongside it.

Ready to make your next project smarter?

Unitify connects every building system into one platform and one resident app, for new developments and existing buildings alike.
