Flitt integration for building payments
Unitify's live payment acquirer in Georgia: residents pay by card through Flitt's hosted checkout, and payments reconcile automatically.
What it does
Residents are sent to Flitt's hosted checkout page, pay by card, and a signed webhook moves the payment from created to processing to done. This is Unitify's integration with the most production history — it runs live for Ande Tower in Georgia.
How it works

Resident opens an invoice
The resident app shows the amount due for the building.

Flitt's hosted checkout collects the card
Pay redirects to Flitt's own checkout page, outside the Unitify app.

A signed webhook confirms the payment
Flitt signs the webhook (not the checkout response); Unitify marks the invoice paid and reconciles it.
Where this runs
Flitt acquiring is verified live in Georgia; the same integration is available in Armenia.
What it doesn't do
Flitt is Unitify's own integrated acquirer — it does not include TBC Bank, which Georgian residents already use for utility payments outside Unitify. TBC is not connected to Unitify.
