Copropriété General Meeting Notice: Template

The French page gives four printable forms for the annual general meeting of a copropriété: the convocation letter, the agenda with one resolution per vote, the proxy (pouvoir) and the attendance sheet. Every figure that depends on the law (notice period, quorum, majority, proxy limits, delivery method) is a field marked "to confirm with a professional", and a section of the page says plainly what it does not state: we could not read the legal texts word for word at the source for this page (source pack: research/68).

Unitify can publish the notice in a resident app that is in French, with read receipts, and record votes during or around the meeting. That is a communication and recording tool, not a statement that a convocation or a vote is legally valid. See the France page and pricing: the Free plan is 0 € excluding VAT per apartment per month.

Read it in French: Convocation d’AG de copropriété : modèles.

Frequently asked questions

What does a convocation to a copropriété general meeting contain?

The copropriété's name, the date, time and place (or video link), the numbered agenda with the text of each resolution, the attached documents, and a proxy form for owners who cannot attend. The French page has a letter with blanks for all of it.

What is the notice period?

We do not give one. We could not read the legal text word for word at the source for this page. The period is set by law and may be refined by the règlement de copropriété; the template has a field to write it once confirmed.

Can the notice be sent through the app?

A notice published in the Unitify app with a read receipt shows that it was seen. It does not replace by itself a delivery method that the law or the règlement requires; check that before relying on it.

Does Unitify decide whether a vote counts?

No. The tool records votes; whether a vote is valid depends on the law and on the règlement de copropriété.
