What does СӨХ administration cover in a new Ulaanbaatar complex?
Collecting СӨХ төлбөр from each owner into the association’s account, paying for the use, repair and servicing of the common property, and reporting to the board; the 2003 law puts that money-gathering duty on the executive director (art. 12.4.1).
What does Unitify do about balances?
Keeps a per-apartment balance, sends automatic reminders, and gives the executive director a running view instead of a month-end reconstruction.
Does Unitify work with QPay or SocialPay?
There is no integration. Owners pay as they do today; the platform records each payment against the right apartment and organizes the communication.
Can you connect the intercom or access hardware we already have?
Usually yes. If the panel, controller, camera or meter exposes an integration interface (an API, SIP, ONVIF or a Modbus or M-Bus gateway), we connect it to the resident app under the project. Barriers with plate recognition, lift access and in-apartment smart home are handled the same way, as project work. Hardware with no interface cannot be connected, and we check the exact model before you commit.
How does a video intercom with phone unlocking work?
The call goes to the resident’s phone through the app instead of a panel inside the apartment. The resident sees the visitor on camera and unlocks the door remotely.
