AI operations and credits
AI features are billed per completed operation, on top of the per-apartment price. 1 AI credit = $0.01. Each operation has a set number of credits and an included processing budget; an operation that exceeds its budget counts as two.

How does pricing work?
Each plan is priced per apartment per month, with unlimited users and properties. Free is $0, Base is $0.5 and Pro is $1.5 per apartment per month.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It is a plan, not a trial: no card, no expiry, unlimited users and properties. Most small associations and companies run their daily work on it.
Do you help us migrate from our current system?
Yes. Once you give us access, we move you over within one week. Or Unitify runs on top of your current system and mirrors its data, so you do not have to switch everything at once. The steps: you share access or exports; we import and reconcile; a trial period side by side, or mirroring mode; then you switch.
Do I need to book a call to start?

What currency are the prices in?
Prices on this page are in US dollars.
How does billing per invoice work?
The billing add-on costs $0.5 per invoice it sends, and it is included free on the Pro plan.
Is there a discount for a large portfolio?
Yes: the more units you manage, the lower the price per unit. For a large portfolio we calculate the price for your volume — write to us.
How do we get started, and what do you need from us?
Sign up for the free plan — no card, no call — and add your first building. To load the rest, send us the building registry (apartments, owners and opening balances) as an Excel file or an export from your current system; we transfer the data and set it up with you, so nothing is re-typed by hand. Residents then add their own apartment in the app, and the management company verifies each one.
Where is my data stored?
In Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, on local servers inside the country. For the EU, on servers in Düsseldorf, Germany. For other markets the location is agreed per deployment. More on how we protect data in our security and data protection article.
How are AI features billed?
Per completed operation, in AI credits on top of the per-apartment price: 1 credit = $0.01, with 500 credits a month included in Pro. A chat dialogue with the AI concierge is 25 credits, a request classification 2, an AI report 50, a voice minute 15. You set a monthly limit in the admin panel and AI features pause when it is reached. The full table is in the AI operations and credits section above.
Does Unitify work for single-family communities and villas?
