Last week we brought Unitify to MOVE Summit in Tashkent — the largest developer community conference in Central Asia.This year, the event gathered around 450 top managers, investors and industry experts representing 239 companies, with participants and speakers arriving from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the UAE, China, India, the UK, Germany, Italy and France.

The Unitify team came with a booth that turned into a magnet: real product screens, live demos and sparkling drinks — and we allowed ourselves to break up dashboards and visualisations with a metaphor — the dancing housemaster. That's what happens when operations stop being chaos and start feeling like a system — one that creates freedom. Unitify aims to give teams back time. Sometimes — even time to dance.

It was great to see strong interest in Unitify and to receive truly valuable feedback from the summit participants — new launches coming soon.

On stage, we spoke about a simple idea many developers underestimate: sales don’t end at handover. When the developer leaves the site, the resident experience stays. It's the property management and the smart building stack that makes a building a place you tell your friends about... or one you warn them to avoid. That experience directly affects how fast and how premium future units sell.

At MOVE we also signed a strategic partnership with Profitbase, a leading developer sales CRM ecosystem. This integration ensures a seamless digital handoff from sales to operations – so data, service standards, and resident experience don’t get reset when the keys change hands.
